2025 Merkel CELLebration/Dinner

Please join us for our annual 2025 Merkel CELLebration/Dinner on Monday, September 15, 2025, beginning at 3:30pm (PDT). This year we will have a hybrid event with an option to join a livestreamed presentation from 5-6 pm (PDT), followed by a dinner reception. The in-person events will be held at the UW Medicine South Lake Union (SLU) Campus in Seattle, WA.

The schedule is as follows (all times in PDT):
In-person:
3:30-5 PM: Reception, Music, Posters, Lab Tours
5-6 PM: MCC Scientific/Clinical Updates, Patient Stories
6-8 PM: Dinner, Dessert
Online:

For in-person attendees: The entrance to the parking garage (free for this event) is on 850 Republican Street near 9th Avenue (directly across from the bright yellow “Athletic Awards” store). After parking, take the elevator up to the 1st floor lobby (“Building C”) of our research campus for the lab tours, reception, and dinner. The presentation will be held in the Orin Smith Auditorium.
This event is hosted by the Merkel cell Carcinoma Collaborative (MC3) Institute, which is supported by Fred Hutch Cancer Center and UW Medicine. Fred Hutch is an independent, nonprofit organization that also serves as the cancer program for UW Medicine.
